How much for a tune?
Please refer to our tuning page. We will need year, make and model as well as current modifications list.
Can I use 87 octane on my 93 octane tune?
It is not recommended to use lower quality fuel than what the vehicle was tuned with.
I bought a car with your decal on it, previous owner said you built it.can you give me information on the car and what was done to it?
Performance builds seldom carry warranty, especially a transferable one when ownership changes. If we are supplied with the correct information we may be able to supply information for vehicle and work done to it.
I’m currently tuned by someone else, how much for a “retune”?
If you are currently tuned by someone else, it is not considered a retune. Retunes are for customers that are currently tuned by us.
I got tuned two years ago and now my car is not running right. Is it the tune?
If it was running good for that long it is more likely that a part or sensor is failing.
If I bought a car that was supposed to have been tuned by you, will future tunes be considered a retunes?
Just like warranties, tunes are not transferable. However it will be taken into consideration. We can not guarantee we were the last ones to tune the vehicle.
How long will it take to tune my vehicle?
Each tune is custom designed for each individual vehicle and customer. So many variants come into play. We will communicate with you openly about estimated time frame when setting your tuning appointment.
How much for the same set up as “so and so”?
Verbal estimates are out of the question. Every vehicle has different needs and may require different parts.
Why can’t I reach you after hours?
Like most businesses we have operating hours. After 6 pm, before 10 am, weekends and holidays are not considered operating hours. We will not be doing business outside of our business hours in person nor via calls, texts or messages. Feel free to leave a message on our Facebook page at any time and we will answer the next business day. Thank you.
Can I just come by to have you look at my vehicle or do a tune?
Every visit to our shop is strictly set by appointment. Random visits slow down work flow.
Do you do remote tuning?
Under special circumstances remote tuning will be available, but will have strict requirements. Contact us for more information.
Any updates on my vehicle?
Due to having a constant full house, we do not have the free time to update every customer daily. We will reach out as soon as we have news. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
